39 hours a week.

Flexible. Salary: £9.95 per hour.

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you will serve customers with a smile, share Star Buys, and help ensure everyone leaves feeling great. You will keep the store clean, stocked, and support the team in meeting store targets. The role is fast‑paced and offers opportunities to learn and progress to future Team Leader positions.

Training will take place in‑store over the first 12 months, followed by a discussion and observation of your role performance. You will be supported by your team and a tutor to complete the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• A desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skills
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to change

• You have a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full‑time shifts
• You HAVEN’T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail
