• Sunday: 05:45 – 15:30

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It’s a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

• Manage stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind‑the‑scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.
• Maintain product flow with urgency and accuracy, ensuring no delays.
• Adapt to the wider store needs, supporting various functions and colleagues.
• Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.
• Work across functions and support colleagues across the store, serving as a key cog in the operation.
• Adapt quickly to changing demands from early morning deliveries to late‑day stock adjustments.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work and operate within a high‑intensity environment.
• Strong team‑playing skills and support for cross‑function collaboration.
• Digital confidence, comfortable using digital tools to track deliveries and inventory.
• Flexibility to adjust working schedule throughout the week.
• Age 18 or older (per disclaimer).
