Shifts:

Flexible, including weekends

Salary: £14.47 per hour

At Superdrug, you will support the management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store, drive sales, and deliver high‑quality customer service. Your day will involve making customers feel amazing, sharing our products, and ensuring the store looks its best, shelves are stocked, and shrinkage and till errors are minimized. You will play a key role in helping the team hit sales targets and maintaining smooth operations.

• Motivate and lead a team in a fast‑paced high‑street retail environment.

• Drive sales and achieve targets, while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and manage shrinkage and till accuracy.

• Support the management team with operational tasks and reporting.

• Help develop and improve team skills.

• Carry out piercing services for customers if trained (training provided and not essential).

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators (sales, profit and service)
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided, not essential)
