ELC Fragrance Specialist. As a Fragrance Advisor, you will represent Estée Lauder Companies and its luxury fragrance brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalised service, and a passion for fragrance. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover scents that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and preferences.

You will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. You will be part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

While certification in retail sales experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience. • Collaborate with a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors.
• Support ongoing training, development, and career growth within a prestige beauty environment.

• While a qualification in retail sales experience is preferred, applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise will be considered.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer experience.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
