L’Oreal is looking for a L’Oreal Luxe National Skincare Expert
Representing the L’Oreal Luxe Multi-Brand Skincare portfolio, you will be the National face of the brand's Skincare Category across the UK & Ireland. Bringing to life our brands’ heritage and values in store, whilst developing partnerships to drive retail business within our key retailers and store teams. You will also be a key partner in building Advocacy and working with Influencers.
Your mission is to inspire our customers to drive engagement, loyalty and performance of the brands.
KEY JOBACCOUNTABILITIES DEVELOP BUSINESS through SALES & EVENTS – Top Doors UKI (60%)
- Skincare Performance Leader – Driving category growth through in-store events, on counter beauty tech experiences and beauty room appointments. You’ll be the driving force behind exceptional skincare category growth.
- Generate turnover, brand awareness and loyalty through events and PR.
- Develop CRM at POS & online to build customer loyalty.
- Follow main KPIs including customer satisfaction/MS and take action to follow through and act upon to develop them.
- Drive POS events and sell at POS (Priority on top doors), applying skincare through events, animations, skincare masterclasses, photo shoots, backstage, embodying brand image, attitude & service level.
- Offer elevated skincare treatments for VIP clients in top doors.
- Adapt training material & techniques, developing customer-centric skincare routines with application techniques to support effective sales.
- Support in Training and developing Skincare Expert Community and BAs on products, 7 step selling-method: link & cross-selling.
- Coach Skincare Experts & BAs at POS to ensure they are reaching KPIs.
- Up-skill BA knowledge & know-how in top doors by being a role model.
- Animate a Skincare learning community with passion, building a team of Skincare Experts.
- Stay up-to-date with competition & trends inspire a community that drives retail through PR & DIGITAL content creation.
- In full coherence with brand requirement & marketing, Influence internally and externally through community management: FB, Instagram, Tik Tok.
- Play a PR role, including in Digital in coherence with the Brand image and requirements.
- Incarnate the Brand image & experience for Skincare at POS, toward journalist, VIP, key influencers and bloggers.
- Act as an elevated luxury skincare representative & brand ambassador for L’Oreal Luxe brands – guest appearances, in-store and virtual events, press & influencer partnerships/events.
- Minimum of 3 years Retail experience.
- Highly skilled in skincare – storytelling, ingredient and premium service focused.
- Proven track record of driving retail results, providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record of regularly setting up, promoting and executing successful face to face and virtual masterclass events.
- Flexible approach to availability in line with the needs of the business.
- Comfortable with travelling and occasional overnight stays. Field/store based – traveling to multiple stores across UKI and supporting Education and A&I events.
