Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, working at the sharp end of fresh produce under pressure and with precision. We are seeking passionate individuals with a love for food that strive for perfection every day.

Week 1:

• Sunday: 04:00-12:00
• Friday: 04:00-12:00

Week 2:

• Monday: 04:00-12:00
• Saturday: 04:00-12:00

• Deliver hot bread, fresh products, and fast, five‑star service to customers.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety at all times.
• Confidently manage demand, keeping shelves full and customers impressed.
• Balance speed with safety to ensure freshness and availability, even during peak hours.
• Work closely with team members to deliver high‑quality output quickly and efficiently.
• Adapt to the rhythm of the store and take on different roles across the shop as needed.

• A full clean CRC check and a full five‑year reference history are required.
• Applicants must be 18 or older; this role involves specialist cutting equipment and cannot be considered for anyone under 18 to comply with health and safety legislation.
• +£3.00 per hour unsocial premium applies only to hours worked between 22:00‑06:00.

Saturday: 04:00-12:00
