Retail Customer Service Executive

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in retail operations and customer service within a growing business. You'll be part of a collaborative team, supporting the day-to-day running of our retail channel.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves across a varied workload.

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks that keep the retail channel running smoothly

• Handle retail communications in a clear, professional, and timely manner

• Process and monitor retail orders, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-through

• Support communication with retail customer contacts and internal teams

• Maintain accurate reporting, trackers, and documentation to support good decision-making

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and uphold service standards

• Support service-related queries and escalations across customer operations

• Assist with process improvements and wider operational projects as needed

• Retail experience - whether this retail operations, customer service, order management, or a similar role

• Strong communication skills and a professional, considered approach

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Comfortable using trackers, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools

• Able to manage competing priorities accurately in a fast paced environment

• A collaborative mindset and a genuine willingness to learn

We are offering a salary of £30k-£35k dependent on experience.
