Job Overview

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on products, building rapport.
• Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
• Managing cash and adhering to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing new collections and collecting customer data.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred, not required.

• Excellent communication skills.
