Retail Operations Assistant

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Accuracy and timeliness of operational reporting and administration.
• Achievement of inventory accuracy and stock management targets.
• Timely resolution of operational issues and store support requests.
• Compliance with operational procedures and audit requirements.
• Effective support of retail projects and operational initiatives.
• Positive feedback from store teams and internal stakeholders.
• Contribution to operational efficiency improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Previous experience in a retail operations, retail administration or stock control environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
• A proactive and solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.
• Confidence working with data, reports and operational systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
