Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist to join the Nespresso pop‑up boutique in White City.

Responsibilities

Ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and delivery of all boutique performance elements.
Welcoming customers and adapting to meet their needs.
Supporting customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and delivering service‑oriented sales, promoting the unique brand experience.
Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.

Qualifications

Retail experience, ideally from a luxury background (but transferable skills from other industries are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly build strong, working relationships with customers and to support where needed.
