Role Overview

The Wedding Club is looking for a passionate and customer-focused part time Sales Consultant to

join our studio team. Renowned for our luxury yet relaxed approach, we are dedicated to delivering a

highly personalised experience to every bride.

Key Responsibilities Sales, Personal Shopping & Customer Experience
  • Deliver exceptional, one‑to‑one bridal consultations, offering a personalised personal shopping experience.
  • Build strong relationships with brides and their guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Curate and recommend gowns and accessories tailored to each bride’s style, vision, and budget.
  • Provide styling guidance, including fit, silhouette, and complete bridal looks.
  • Work towards and support the achievement of individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Handle queries and follow‑ups with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer care at all times.
Team Support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support team members during busy periods and appointments.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive studio environment.
Operations & Presentation
  • Maintain the studio to The Wedding Club’s high visual and presentation standards.
  • Assist with gown care, stock management and organisation.
  • Ensure all areas of the showroom remain clean, tidy and inviting.
  • Support with appointment scheduling where required.
Product Knowledge
  • Develop a strong understanding of The Wedding Club’s designers, collections and trends.
  • Provide informed and confident styling advice to customers.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (retail experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and create a personalised experience.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and polished presentation.
  • Experience with in bridalwear, occasion wear or luxury retail.
  • Interest in fashion, styling or the bridal industry.
