Cooltra busca un/a Junior Aftersales Specialist para unirse a nuestro HQ en Barcelona. Darás soporte en garantía, incidencias, control de flota y stock, y reportes operativos de la flota de vehículos eléctricos y de combustión.
Coordinarás con delegaciones, proveedores y equipos para documentar y resolver incidencias.
Requisitos:
experiencia en postventa o soporte, inglés B2 o superior, dominio de Excel/PowerPoint y carnet de moto 125cc.
