Job Overview
In this role, you will work closely with the back‑of‑house team to deliver first‑class table service, with a particular focus on hospitality and promoting sales.

Responsibilities- Serve customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, addressing any requirements or concerns.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage products available.
- Collaborate with the back‑of‑house team to ensure high service standards.
- Hourly paid role.
- Shifts may include early morning starts (e.g., 4a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., the last flight).
- No requirement for split or double shifts.
- Good level of general education, including English and Maths.
- Willingness to learn about health and safety and food standard requirements.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain service levels under pressure.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- Airport Security (assisted with by the company).
- Valid passport, criminal record check, and five years of personal and employment references.
- Tronc (tips and gratuities distribution system) via an elected troncmaster.
- Cash gratuities at customer discretion.
- NEST pension.
