• Prepare and cut meat and poultry to consistently high standards
• Produce value‑added products including sausages and burgers
• Deliver knowledgeable and professional customer service
• Maintain attractive, fully stocked and well‑presented displays
• Support customer orders and the smooth day‑to‑day running of the shop
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and quality standards

• Previous butchery experience
• Strong knife skills and excellent product knowledge
• Experience serving customers within a retail environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
• Experience producing value‑added meat products is desirable

45 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including early preparation shifts from 7:00am, mid shifts and late shifts finishing around 7:15pm-7:30pm. Weekend working is required on a rotating schedule.
