The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering high standards of customer experience, representing the TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS brands in our stores.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
• Serving as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Providing outfit building and product recommendations
• Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance on product features
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization

• Previous track record within hospitality or retail
• Effective communicator who collaborates to win
• Inspires trust and recognizes contributions of others
• Adapts quickly
• Acts with purpose, showing clear presence on the shop floor
• Takes ownership and makes informed decisions to find in-store solutions
