Sales Specialist; part-time

Overview

Sales Specialist (part-time 32hr) based in Brent Cross, London. Join our Timberland team to provide customers with a memorable shopping experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop in a global organisation while taking responsibility at store level.

• Provide the highest level of customer service and ensure all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop thorough knowledge of in-store products and share knowledge with junior associates.
• Act as a buddy to new starters and support onboarding.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with current fashion trends and the brand’s market position.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and stock room.
• Occasionally support the management team with opening and closing processes.

• You enjoy interacting with customers and model a positive, hands-on approach to delivering an excellent experience.
• You have a positive can-do attitude and adapt to store needs.
• You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail.
• You have at least 1+ year of experience on a fast-paced shop floor, ideally in fashion or lifestyle.
• You have excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• You are flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
