Arc'teryx Product Guide

We are looking for seasonal Product Guides to join our store. You are the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Create meaningful guest experiences by sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
  • Live the brand both inside and out: represent our values in‑store and in the community, stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
  • Grow and collaborate: develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
  • Keep the store running smoothly: process transactions, handle guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks so everything flows.
Qualifications
  • Guest‑centric mindset: passion for delivering exceptional experiences, fostering brand loyalty through storytelling and community engagement.
  • Disruptive evolution: challenge the status quo, inspire new ideas, and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Ownership: take responsibility, stay self‑motivated, solve problems, and seek smart solutions.
  • Language skills: fluency in both the local language (e.g., German) and English.
  • Flexibility: willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Hours & Compensation

Part‑time, 16–32 hours per week (2–4 days per week). Fixed‑term contract from October 2026 to January 2027. Hourly pay.
