• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and international clients through effective clienteling and CRM activities.
• Monitor and analyse store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve sales, conversion, ATV, and customer engagement.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, scheduling, and compliance with company standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within luxury or premium fashion.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing retail teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury clienteling, CRM, and KPI management.
