You will oversee a busy store with a small upstairs warehouse and a nearby external facility, delegating tasks and delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, drive performance against targets, and uphold the charity’s values, while supporting staff wellbeing and diversity.
