No beauty retail experience? No problem  you have a genuine love for K-beauty and a warm, curious personality, we want you.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers with warmth and real enthusiasm for K-beauty
• Making personalised product recommendations based on skin type and beauty goals
• Sharing your knowledge of skincare routines, K-beauty brands and the latest launches
• Processing transactions accurately at the till
• Keeping the store beautifully stocked, tidy and visually on-brand
• Handling customer questions and escalating any concerns to your supervisor
• Being a genuine, passionate ambassador for Moida and K-beauty culture on every shift

What we’re looking for

• No retail experience required - a love of K-beauty and a warm personality are everything
• Genuinely curious about skincare, K-beauty routines and Korean beauty culture
• Friendly, approachable and brilliant at making people feel at ease
• Reliable and flexible - including weekends and varied shifts
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
