You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally gained in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG. You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury and are not afraid to spread the word. Ideally you will have experience applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers and their needs.

Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG is required. Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts, is required. A five‑year working and personal reference, together with a Criminal Reference Check, is required as the store is airside in the departures lounge. These requirements will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
