Responsibilities- Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
- Demonstrate and uphold the company’s values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations, helping customers find skincare regimes that suit their needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers; customer service experience is ideal.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
- Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
