We are looking for a Team leader to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate should be physically fit as this is a very hands on role and some heavy lifting will be involved. Must be fully flexible with weekend working. Will include early and late working shifts.

Duties will include
  • Maximising sales and profitability of store.
  • Sales focused and accountable for providing great customer service.
  • Reliable and have a keen eye for detail around the customers experience in your department.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of merchandising and inventory control are maintained and liaising with suppliers when required.
  • Creating inspirational displays.
  • Leading by example and be able to motivate the team.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Organise workflow and ensure that team members understand their duties and delegated tasks.
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems in a calm and confident manner.
  • Confidently communicate with external and internal customers.
  • Ensuring adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
