An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join a prestigious luxury retail business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving visual excellence across multiple retail locations, working closely with store teams and key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and elevated customer experience. The position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands‑on execution, with regular involvement in retail operations and visual implementation.

• Proven experience in a Visual Merchandising management role within the luxury fashion, accessories, or lifestyle sector.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and customer experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations and working closely with retail teams.
• Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially aware, with a strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or related degree preferred.
