Position Summary:

The Kith Operations Associate is responsible for the flow of merchandise from the central point of delivery to the retail sales floor. The Operations Associate works on a team led by the Operations Management team and plays a key role in keeping the retail store operating at an efficient and effective capacity.

• Partner with Store Leadership to execute tasks that streamline the product cycle.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to both external and internal clients.
• Work consistently with the sales‑floor team to ensure customers receive product in a timely manner.
• Assist Operations Management in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Execute any necessary tasks before or after regular store operating hours.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Promote and maintain an environment focused on delivering exceptional, positive in‑store customer service.
• Display expert product knowledge of product, company history, policies, and store/company strategies.
• Assist store management with housekeeping responsibilities including dusting, sweeping, trash collection, and other standard retail operations tasks.
• Participate in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
• Assist the Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.

• Open & flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistently able to work weekends, special projects, drops/releases, or as the business requires.
• 1–2 years working in a retail operations position; 1+ years in a retail/apparel environment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Efficient time‑management skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects at once.
• Efficient communication with customers, peers, or direct reports.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting and moving up to 25lbs, bending, twisting, climbing ladders/step stools, and standing or walking for prolonged periods.
• Team‑player, supportive, self‑starter, goal‑oriented.
• Organized, communicative, reliable, and trustworthy.
