** Assistant Store Manager
** to join one of our Intimissimi store in London.  
** Main responsibilities*
* * Support the District Manager in leading the team and daily store operations.
* Drive sales performance and support the team in achieving KPIs (ATV, UPT, CCR and sales targets).
* Coach, motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Organise daily priorities, delegate tasks and ensure smooth store operations.
* Oversee stock replenishment, visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
* Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures and operational standards.

** Profile*
* * Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
* A passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
