Our Vodafone Partner stores are independent franchises that provide you with the opportunity to develop and contribute to a growing local business. At Vodafone UK Retail it is our job to help customers get the most out of their tech.

• When a customer enters the store, provide a welcoming experience and advise them on Vodafone products and services.
• Lead and support established teams; be an exceptional leader with strong coaching skills.
• Drive sales through your people and maintain a holistic view of the business, with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.

• Strong operational experience with energy and engagement with teams and customers.
• Sales background with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs; ability to drive sales and analyse performance.
