The role is focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. While creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll think of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need.

We currently have two 13‑hour per week opportunities available and are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working as part of a team.

Both roles involve working one weekday and one weekend day each week, with the following shift patterns:

• Position 1 – Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Position 1 – Monday: 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm
• Position 2 – Thursday: 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm
• Position 2 – Friday: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm

As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store remains welcoming, well‑stocked and ready to serve our customers every day.

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.

• Pay rate: if you are 21 years and over £12.71 per hour, 18‑20 years £12.00 per hour, under 18 years £8.82 per hour.
