Boutique Manager​/Retail Store Manager

Position: Boutique Manager/ Retail Store Manager
This is a Permanent role at London location

Job Description:

• At least eight years of retail experience within luxury products or services
• A minimum of three years managing the P&L and commercial performance of a boutique or luxury retail location
• Previous experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager, Flagship Manager, Concession Manager or senior luxury retail leader
• Strong knowledge of the UK luxury market, ideally within Mayfair, Bond Street, Knightsbridge, Harrods or Selfridges
• Experience managing and developing a retail sales team
• A proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong VIP clienteling and relationship management experience
• Experience developing relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, hotels or luxury partners
• Good understanding of merchandise planning, stock management and sell through reporting
• Experience planning and delivering high profile client events
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A graduate qualification or equivalent commercial experience
