Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It’s a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork. If you’re ready to roll your sleeves up and work smart, this is the role for you.

• Managing stock, deliveries, and behind‑the‑scenes work to keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
• Working across the wider store to meet the pace and demands of retail, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.
• Being a team player, supporting colleagues across the store.
• Adapting quickly to early morning deliveries and shifting stock late into the day.

You are physically fit, fast, focused, and always one step ahead. You are digitally confident and capable of working across functions in a dynamic environment.
