Job Description

We're looking for a part-time Weekend Sales Assistant to join our team  a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences, introducing customers to our products through tastings, and helping them find the perfect gift or treat for any occasion. This role is primarily weekend‑based, so flexibility across Saturdays and Sundays is essential. From time to time you may also support colleagues at other locations.

• Welcoming customers and ensuring their experience is memorable.
• Running tasting sessions – the heart of our sales approach.
• Making gifting recommendations based on budget and occasion.
• Growing our customer community through the Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme.
• Maintaining exceptional store appearance in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Working closely with the Store Manager and the wider team.
• Operating in line with both LBB brand standards and Selfridges requirements.

09:30 am – 10:15 pm

£14 per hour

• Confidence with people – comfortable approaching customers proactively.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience (helpful but not essential).
• Full flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Willingness to support and travel to other locations when required.
• Positive, adaptable, and reliable approach to changing business needs.
• Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• A team‑first mindset.
• A genuine interest in food, flavour, or premium products is a plus.
