Location: Greater London
Oxfam GB in London is seeking an energetic Shop Manager to lead a busy charity shop. You will motivate the team, uphold high standards, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for volunteers and customers.
You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and coordinate the online shop to reach supporters. Excellent communication, delegation and teamwork are essential. This role offers variety and the chance to make a real community impact.
