Salary £26,363 per annum (includes London weighting) plus discretionary bonus up to £2,000 per year.

Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of the business – welcoming customers and providing support across pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.

You will engage customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure a satisfied experience.

No prior pawnbroking experience is required – we provide full training.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Collaborate with your team to exceed sales and service targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Additional language skills are a bonus; must communicate confidently in spoken Turkish.

Integrity and willingness to learn.

Ability to work flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.
