Location: Greater London
Cole & Son, a British luxury wallpaper brand, is seeking a Customer Experience & Showroom Executive to deliver premium service across digital and showroom channels and support clients in our Chelsea locations. You will manage enquiries, orders and in-showroom guidance, bringing brand storytelling to life and ensuring a seamless, inspiring journey for architects, designers and retail customers.
Based on-site in London, you will rotate across client service, showroom support and sales
