Retail Supervisor - Temporary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a prestigious visitor attraction and retail destination in Central London on a temporary, ad-hoc basis over the summer.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy retail environment, supporting the day-to-day running of the store while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Supporting the management team with the day‑to‑day operation of the store
• Leading and motivating the team on the shop floor
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Assisting with stock management, replenishment and merchandising
• Helping to achieve store targets and maintain high visual standards

• Previous experience in a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader position
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Flexibility and availability to start at short notice
