Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends (to be discussed at interview)

As a Retail Assistant you’ll help customers enjoy a great shopping experience, assist with sizes, styles, purchases and returns, set up shop floor displays, operate the till, receive new deliveries, and maintain high standards across all areas.

• Provide customers with an amazing experience and assist with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns.
• Set up a good-looking shop floor, full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor that showcases the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at the till, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries; price items correctly and ensure everything meets high standards.

• Passion for people and creating an amazing experience.
• Strong communication skills, honesty, and an ability to listen, share ideas and get involved when needed.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
