Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a Retail Team Leader to support the store's retail department and lead by example on the shop floor. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and coach colleagues to reach peak performance.
You will report to the store leadership team, work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, and contribute to driving sales, stock control, and a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
