As a Retail Manager, you will take ownership of one of our busy high street shops, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial results and operational excellence. This is an opportunity for an experienced retail or food‑to‑go leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and creating an environment where both colleagues and customers feel valued. You will play a key role in bringing the Cavan Bakery experience to life, inspiring your team, maintaining high standards and ensuring your shop continues to grow and succeed.

• Lead and develop a team by coaching colleagues, supporting their growth and creating a positive culture built on respect and excellence.
• Drive commercial performance by understanding sales, customer behaviours, productivity and opportunities to grow your store.
• Build your operational leadership skills by taking ownership of standards, compliance, stock management and the overall customer experience.

• Creating an outstanding experience for every customer who visits Cavan Bakery.
• Building a motivated, engaged and high‑performing team.

• Has experience managing a retail, hospitality or food‑to‑go environment.
