As Boutique Manager, your role will involve elevating in‑store events and ensuring the smooth operation of the store while maintaining alignment with the Boutique and Brand vision.

• Elevate in‑store events and help bottle customers’ most precious memories during wedding consultations.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including staff alignment with brand values.

• Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Experience creating and executing in‑store events.
• Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss availability with the hiring manager during the interview.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country.
