As a Retail Sales Advisor you will be required to guide,inspire,and help our customers in every way. Whether on the sales floor, till-points, or back of house in our customer experience and fulfilment team. A high quality of service means you will also have to ensure our products and store remains attractive.

Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service? We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our team and help create an excellent shopping experience for our customers!

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Customer Experience team dealing with customer queries. You will also provide general advice to customers, maintain store presentation standards, clean and replenish shelves and date check stock.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sales process
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Successful completion of an HCA (Healthcare Assistants) certificate will be desirable. Training opportunities are readily available.

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work weekends only(Saturday & Sunday)
• At least 1-year experience of working in Luxury retail

Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
