Sales Assistant

Loop Generation is one of London’s leading luxury resale concept stores, offering a curated selection of pre‑owned designer fashion and accessories online and from its flagship space in Chelsea, London. Founded in 2019, the brand combines fashion, culture, and conscious consumption through a carefully edited mix of womenswear and menswear. Team members join a growing business at the forefront of circular fashion and contemporary retail.

The Sales Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Chelsea, London, with a start date in late August. This role involves welcoming customers, providing attentive and knowledgeable service, and supporting sales on the shop floor. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, managing fitting rooms, processing transactions, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. The Sales Assistant will also help receive, process, and display new stock, keep the store clean and organised, and support online order preparation and click‑and‑collect services when required.

In addition, the role involves sharing product and brand knowledge, championing Loop Generation's commitment to resale and sustainability, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.

• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or luxury environments is beneficial, along with an interest in designer brands and sustainable fashion.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater London, including weekends or peak periods, with reliability and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
