As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a premium customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of a Miele Experience Centre. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, develop teamcapabilityand ensure every customer receives a best-in-class brand experience.

• In close collaboration with the Store Manager, support the delivery of sales, customerexperienceand operationalobjectivesacross the Experience Centre

• Through coaching, guidance and leadership, contribute to the development and performance of the sales team while creating a positive and engaging working environment

• In partnership with customers and colleagues, deliver a premium brand experience and build long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business

• By monitoring store standards, displays and customer service levels, ensure the Experience Centre consistently reflects the quality and values of the Miele brand

• In support of daily store operations,assist with rota planning, administration, stockmanagementand compliance activities to ensure the smooth running of the Experience Centre

• Through effective communication and problem solving, manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly whilemaintaininghigh levelsof customer satisfaction

• In the absence of the Store Manager, take responsibility for leading the Experience Centre and ensuring business priorities and performance targets are achieved

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, with a strong track recordof delivering sales results and customer service excellence

• Experience leading,coaching and developing team members to achieve individual and team objectives

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales performance, manage priorities and support operational efficiency

• Excellent communication,organisation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with customers,colleague sand stakeholders at all levels

• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and embrace new challenges

This is a full-time permanent position within our Wigmore - London Experience Centre.
