Pandora is seeking a Supervisor to lead retail operations on the busy sales floor, coach a high performing team, and deliver a world-class customer experience.
You will manage daily store operations, drive KPIs, handle escalations, and ensure a personalised shopping experience for every customer.
This fixed-term role covers 32 hours per week, with a monthly bonus scheme (10-20%) and a jewellery uniform allowance, in return for your commitment.
