Branded Buyer, Womenswear (12 Month FTC)

• Manage and develop a portfolio of womenswear brands, ensuring a commercially balanced and trend-led product assortment across multiple categories.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify emerging trends, negotiate trading terms, manage open-to-buy (OTB) and margin performance, and deliver compelling product selections that resonate with customers.
• Analyse sales performance, build strong relationships with key brand partners, attend trade shows and market appointments, and collaborate with merchandising, planning, and ecommerce teams to drive sales and profitability.

• Previous buying experience within branded fashion, ideally across womenswear categories, with a strong understanding of the premium, contemporary, or lifestyle retail market.
• Excellent commercial awareness, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build successful supplier relationships.
• Passion for fashion trends, consumer insight, and product curation; ability to make commercially sound decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
