Salary: £30,500 basic + team bonus (realistic OTE £39,500 £ 40,500)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 16:30; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 13:00

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and support the workshop with parts requirements
• Identify, source, and supply vehicle parts accurately using dealership systems
• Handle parts enquiries professionally over the phone, via email, and face-to-face
• Process customer orders efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Receive, check, and organise incoming stock deliveries
