Nestled within our iconic Piccadilly store, our Charcuterie Counter celebrates the finest cured meats, p t s, terrines, and speciality foods from Britain and beyond. It's a destination for food lovers seeking exceptional quality and expert advice. As a Charcuterie Sales Associate, you'll combine a passion for premium food with a flair for customer service, helping customers discover new flavours while delivering the warm, personal experience that makes Fortnum & Mason unique.

Curate and display a diverse range of charcuterie items including Spanish meats and Iberico hams Provide a personalised, luxury experience for our customers Lead charcuterie tastings and provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role in food (working with meats beneficial but not essential) Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service A friendly warm approach with great people skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Outstanding communication skills This is a great opportunity to demonstrate a genuine passion in delivering a memorable experience to all our customers, as well as developing your skillset within a luxury setting.
