Entain Group, a leading global sports betting and gaming company, is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards daily, and report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team.
In this role you will take bets, handle cash, demonstrate products, manage customer concerns, and help achieve store targets while maintaining high shop standards and a welcoming environment.
