Role Description The Senior Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences. This role includes welcoming and advising customers, driving sales through product knowledge and styling support, and ensuring the store is consistently well-presented and organized. The Senior Sales Assistant will handle transactions, manage stock replenishment, support visual merchandising, and assist with opening and closing procedures.

They will also act as a role model for junior team members, helping to maintain high service standards and contributing to daily sales targets and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a premium in-store experience.
• Effective Communication and Sales skills, including confident client engagement and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Solid Organization Skills, with attention to detail in stock management, store presentation, and handling multiple tasks.
• Previous retail experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands, ideally at senior sales or supervisory level.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and collaborating within a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and standard retail operations.
