Waitrose Marlborough is seeking a Team Leader to manage shopfloor tasks, support the management team, and help drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll work with Partners to keep the shop running efficiently, stock replenishment, and online order fulfilment as needed.
The permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) includes shifts from 20:00–06:30 with a night premium of £3.75 per hour. DBS/vetting may be required. Closing date: 3 August 2026.
