Parts Assistant / Counter Sales Advisor Warwickshire £30,000 plus DOE  Benefits A well-established supplier of agricultural and land-based equipment is looking to recruit a Parts Assistant / Counter Sales Advisor to support its busy parts department. This is a customer-focused role that would suit someone with experience in parts, stores, trade counter sales, or machinery-related environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right products while helping maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the parts function.

The Role Reporting into the Parts Department, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with parts enquiries both over the phone and in person Processing orders and ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficiently Managing goods received and dispatched Maintaining stock records and supporting inventory control processes Identifying opportunities to maximise parts sales and customer satisfaction Working closely with workshop and service teams to fulfil internal requirements Ensuring the parts department remains organised, compliant, and customer-focused About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

Experience with in a parts, stores, trade counter, customer service, or sales environment Good IT skills and confidence using computer-based stock systems Strong communication and organisational abilities A proactive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team A full UK driving licence Knowledge of agricultural, plant, automotive, commercial vehicle, or machinery sectors would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided.
